<h2> Please help with this bodybuilding problem?</h2>
<p>Basically the situation is that I am 6 foot 2 and 83kg (183 pounds), and I am going nuts right now.</p>
<p>I used to be anorexic (for all intents and purposes) and when I started really getting into <strong>bodybuilding</strong>, working out and nutrition (using Max OT program), I got really good gains over 6 months (44 pounds).</p>
<p>Over the last year though it&#8217;s been a massive battle to even just stay at my current weight.<br />
Right now I look skinny, and I have an annoying amount of bodyfat.</p>
<p>In the initial 6 months I was addicted to watching myself grow, and more importantly I remember having the energy for<strong> bodybuilding</strong> workouts heaps.</p>
<p>I dont think it&#8217;s a motivational issue because when I workout now I am pretty much exhausted (in multiple ways) and in the last 2 weeks it&#8217;s been really frustrating to watch my weight drop and body composition get worse.</p>
<p>I know about plateaus and to be fair I was actually not varying my <em>bodybuilding</em> workouts enough, but I recently changed it completely and I was still exhausted after my<em> bodybuilding</em> working out (I am exhausted just thinking about it now).</p>
<p>The highest I ever got was 88kg (194lbs), but I was only there for 1 day I think, and I MUST get back there somehow.<br />
I have no idea how I am going to do that and I have absolutely no idea how people maintain such large bodies in general.</p>
<p>I work as an animator (which obviously isn&#8217;t a physical job), so I am wondering if I am facing a hurdle there.<br />
I have been under a lot of stress in my work also so I guess that could be a factor also.<br />
I am 31 an about to turn 32 but I can&#8217;t believe that age related metabolism could come on so suddenly..</p>
<p>Every time I see I have lost weight I start getting depressed and thinking about how my social life was when I was really skinny.</p>
